Es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes cerca del mar, ofreciendo un entorno tranquilo y natural.

    Diseñado pensando tanto en la funcionalidad como en la comodidad, el alojamiento es ideal para familias y grupos de hasta 7 personas. Dispone de:

    - Un salón amplio y luminoso

    - Una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y microondas

    - 3 dormitorios con camas individuales

    - 2 cuartos de baño completos y un aseo adicional para invitados

    - Una cama supletoria (180 x 80 cm) disponible bajo petición

    Los servicios adicionales incluyen Wi-Fi gratuito, aire acondicionado, chimenea, televisión, cuna y trona.

    DISFRUTE DEL AIRE LIBRE

    La terraza privada es perfecta para comer al aire libre y relajarse. Incluye una barbacoa básica pero práctica para comer al aire libre. Los huéspedes también tienen acceso a un jardín comunitario con una piscina compartida, ideal para refrescarse y tomar el sol. La piscina está dividida en dos partes por una barrera metálica: una para adultos y otra para niños, lo que garantiza la seguridad de toda la familia.

    La piscina está abierta de abril a noviembre. Durante los meses más fríos, el mar Mediterráneo ofrece una alternativa impresionante para los huéspedes más aventureros.

    Para garantizar una estancia perfecta, realizamos un mantenimiento anual y mejoras antes del comienzo de cada temporada. Este invierno, hemos realizado varias actualizaciones para mantener la villa en las mejores condiciones, garantizando el máximo confort a nuestros huéspedes.

    UBICACIÓN PRIVILEGIADA

    Este adosado está a sólo 5 minutos a pie del supermercado más cercano y de una selección de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías. La playa de Cala Molins está a sólo 3 minutos a pie (270 m), lo que facilita disfrutar del mar a cualquier hora del día.

    La capital de la isla, Palma de Mallorca, y el aeropuerto están a 67 km (50 minutos en coche).



    Importante: La casa está situada en una zona boscosa cerca del mar, lo que significa que los niveles de humedad pueden ser altos, especialmente durante los meses más fríos. No recomendamos esta propiedad para personas con problemas respiratorios o sensibilidad a la humedad.

Great quiet villa by the beach

We loved staying in this house. It was fully equipped and comfortable. Alfonso was easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Für eine Woche in Ordnung.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage. Platz ausreichend. Cons: Kaffeemaschine eigentlich nicht zu gebrauchen. Haus feucht und muffig. Abfluss im Bad fast verstopft. Staubsauger kaputt. Zu wenige Töpfe für 6 Personen zum kochen.

Villa in great location in Cala San Vicenc

The property is a good size, nicely furnished and in fab location with charming pool area (with sunbeds) and just a short walk to the gorgeous beach. The town is really small and has a handful of shops and restaurants but is very pretty and there are lots of lovely walks through the mountains and along the coastline. We had an amazing meal at El Vincenc with gorgeous views of the beach. We didn't work out where the bus stopped but we managed to get taxi's easily to and from Pollenca old town and the port. The property itself is in need of some repairs and requires some basic maintenance. The clean was ok but no attention to detail. The cleaners also failed to report a blocked sink which then had to be revisited several times during our stay. This could have been fixed before we arrived with some basic communication. There is damp in the lounge and this created an unpleasant and musty smell for the duration of our stay. There were no handsoaps at the sinks or shower gel provided apart from one bottle in the ensuite which had the consistency of water. There was not enough toilet paper provided, no safe and no satellite tv channels despite these items being detailed in the property info as being available. There were just 2 wine glasses for 5 of us. The information provided at the property was basic and little help and we had no direct contact with owner although he responded to whatsapp messages. We had a great stay and would return to to the area.
