It has two terraces with sea views, two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with all amenities, parking space directly in front of the apartment, outdoor terrace and community pool with garden to take great sunbathing, direct access to the sea,...
In the village, about 700 meters from the apartment, you can find restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, bus station, ... where you can relax and enjoy your free time.
On Sundays you can enjoy a walk through the Pollença market, where you will be amazed by the combination of colors of fruits and vegetables, among others. And Wednesdays in Pto. Pollença.
A few kilometers from Cala San Vicente you can go to visit the peninsula of Formentor by car or ferry from Pto. Pollença

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Appartment war einfach perfekt! Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, es war alles super schön hergerichtet, sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Unser Kühlschrank war sogar mit einem ersten Frühstück ausgestattet, da wir sonntagabends spät ankamen. Joana war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Didn’t want to leave

This is a beautiful location and lovely property. Everything we needed was there. Our host was great, communicated quickly and as we came in late and all the shops were closed she left us some food for the morning! I absolutely recommend this property. It is away from the crowds and private but a short walk to the small town or a short ride to Pollença for many restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the trails and sites near and far. Thanks to our fantastic host!

Good apartment

Joana was a very helpful and responsive host and the apartment was clean and well prepared for us on arrival. The views are great from the apartment and, although compact, it has everything that you need and a very comfortable living/dining area that enjoys the views from inside. Being on both the top floor and ground floor of the building (as the building is built downwards) was good and the convenient parking just outside was a bonus. It is an uphill walk of around 10 minutes or so from the beach area. We were a bit disappointed that the little bars that used to be the character of Cala San Vincente have mostly gone and, as a result, we spent a lot of time in Port de Pollensa instead. This doesn't reflect on the quality of the apartment nor the host but our preference and, if you want a well located apartment for the beach, then this would be ideal

Tolle Lage und Aussicht

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Ruhige Lage. Wir sind Sonntag Nachmittag angekommen und im Kühlschrank war alles fürs Frühstück eingekauft worden. Herzlichen Dank!

können es kaum erwarten wieder zu kommen

Es handelt sich um eine zweigeschossige Wohnung, klimatisiert, außer ein Schlafzimmer ist nicht klimatisiert, Wir waren schon beim Eintritt total begeistert, der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Carla CARBO ist der Wahnsinn. Wir haben die Momente auf den Balkon genossen, um dem Treiben in der Bucht zuzusehen. Über den gefüllten Kühlschrank bei Ankunft haben wir uns auch sehr gefreut! Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es kaum erwarten wieder zu kommen. Vielen Dank Joan

Leider in Corona-Zeiten dort gewesen aber trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir sind am 13.03.2020 angekommen und alles war genau so wunderschön wie beschrieben. Am 15.03.2020 wurde dann leider aus verständlichen Gründen die Ausgangssperre für das ganze Land verhängt und der Urlaub war damit natürlich für uns beendet. Durch selbst gebuchte neue Rückflüge konnten wir eine Woche früher als geplant am 20.03.2020 wieder nach Hause fliegen, das erste Mal froh darüber die Insel wieder verlassen zu müssen/dürfen. Trotz alldem können wir versichern, dass dies der für uns schönste vorstellbare Ort für eine Quarantäne war ... Appartment und Aussttattung sind super schön und mit sagenhaftem Ausblick aufs Meer ... und auch Joana, die Verwalterin des Appartments, hat einen sich stets sicher fühlen lassen und blieb immer hilfreich mit allen Fragen und Sorgen in ständigem Kontakt zu uns. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür an dich liebe Joana ❣ Wir hoffen, sehr bald wiederkommen zu können.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Liebe Joana, wir haben eine tolle Woche Urlaub vom 07.10. bis 14.10.2019 in Ihrer wunderschönen Wohnung gehabt. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Wohnung war super und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Sogar der Kühlschrank war für uns gefüllt und so konnten wir schon am ersten Abend mit einem Glas Wein anstoßen und hatten für unser erstes Frühstück alles, was wir brauchten. Auch wärend unseres Aufenthaltes war bei ein paar Fragen immer ein sehr netter und hilfreicher Kontakt möglich. Begeistert waren wir vor allem von der tollen Lage, der wunderbaren Ruhe und dem sensationellen Ausblick von den beiden Balkonen. Geliebt haben wir auch den kleinen Pool und den kleinen Ort mit den tollen Badebuchten. Selbst kulinarisch ließ der Ort keine Wünsche offen. Mallorca ist einfach eine tolle Insel und immer einen Urlaub wert und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommenund dann auf jeden Fall wieder in die Wohnung von Joana. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für alles.

Alles gut, kann man weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren drei Personen in der Wohnung, ein Schlafzimmer hat nur ein schmales Bett, was in Spanien oft so üblich ist und für Deutsche zu schmal ist um zu zweit zu schlafen. Die Wohnung ist nicht so groß wie sie beschrieben wurde.

Stunning view from a beautiful apartment

We've stayed in many apartments and this is without doubt, the best one. Beautifully clean, very well equipped and an amazing view. Unfortunately for us, the sea raged on a few days (which meant red flags and no swimming) but this simply added to the drama of the location.

Phenomenal Views

Joana, the owner, could wax much more lyrical about the view from her apartment than the description currently does, because it is absolutely unbelievable, it really is...you could just sit there all day, do nothing and marvel at what's in front of you. Cala St Vincent is a quaint beautiful seaside resort, with crystal clear waters, the apartment is bright, clean and well maintained. Ideally you need a car, but that gives you the opportunity to explore the local area....all very beautiful. The holiday was relaxed, the weather gorgeous and hot, so the aircon was necessary, and that view just topped it off! Would recommend to anyone... Dave

Wunderschöner Ausblick- erholung pur!

Die Wohnung ist erhöht gelegen und deshalb bietet es eine traumhafte sicht auf das Meer. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Aussicht Atemberaubend😊 Die Wohnug ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war auch alles super sauber. Wir hatten etwas pech mit dem wifi, welches zwei mal ausfiel aber die Besitzer haben super schnell reagiert und wir haben innerhalb nützlicher zeit wieder laufenden wifi. Besitzer waren super sympatisch und sehr zuvorkommend, und haben immer sehr schnell reagiert. Wir würden die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

Super Location

Sehr schöne renovierte Wohnung. Viel platz wir waren zu mit unseren 2 erwachsenen Kinder im Osterurlaub dort. Besonders nett war ein Starterpaket mit Brot, Käse, Schinken, Milch, Wein und Orangensaft im Kühlschrank. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind zu wenig Salz und Pfeffer für kleinere Kochaktionen und Spülmittel. Im Engangasbereich sollte eine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von Jacken geschaffen werden. Wir haben ansonsten eine ganz wunderbar erholsame Zeit in Joanas Ferienwohnung verbracht.
