Villa Martiner for 4 people with pool

The charming Martinet perfectly combines a rural and panoramic location with proximity to the old town of Pollensa, which is just 1.5 km away. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lawn garden and spacious outdoor areas, Martinet is an excellent holiday home for a romantic couple or a small family and is full of character both inside and out, for long hours of relaxation under the bright Mallorcan sun.



Four steps from the swimming pool patio lead to a wonderful covered terrace that surrounds the entire house. The large wooden doors open to a spacious living/dining room, furnished with comfortable sofas, a large dining table and chairs. The furniture and decor, along with the high ceiling with beams, give a great sense of light and space to the entire room. Outside the dining room, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, which features the latest in design and even incorporates a halogen hob and oven. The large glass doors from the patio lead to the terrace. A typical stone arch leads to the main double bedroom, with a private bathroom with shower. There is also a cosy room with two single beds and another full bathroom.



The large private swimming pool is located at the front of the villa and is surrounded by lawns and sunbathing terraces (the perfect place to sunbathe or read a book!). The villa features many handmade and first-class furnishings inside, while outside the terraces have a barbecue, dining table and chairs to entertain outdoors or simply relax: a true pleasure!



For larger groups, Martinet is located near our Villa Pontarro (with capacity for 4 people). These two properties can be rented together by larger groups who want to stay close but have privacy when needed.



The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
