"We had a wonderful sound proof room with blackout curtains. The bed, shower, amenities were very, very good. The staff was very helpful in everything. The breakfast was very good too although there were no eggs provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! :)"

The lunch at their restaurant was very delicious. The property was clean and well maintained. The hotel is also in a convenient location with a bus stop and supermarket nearby. Additionally, the staff were fluent in different languages which made it easy to communicate. We would definitely recommend!!!"

"They provided an infant bed that was spacious enough for our 2-year-old, which was very helpful. The view from our room overlooking the lake and mountains was absolutely stunning. There was also a sauna in the basement, although it wasn’t mentioned at check-in. "Out of city, 15 mins/€1.50 by bus (directly opposite hotel) large retail centre next door. Great views of mountains. Car parking €15 per night. Breakfast expensive for limited buffet options. Rooms large and spacious with excellent amenities"

"Very poor experience. No instructions before arrival, no staff on site, and no communication at all during the stay. The room was smaller than advertised and the listing didn’t even explain which door to use, leaving several guests confused. The headboards were too low and right under wall plugs, which made the setup uncomfortable and unsafe. Nothing about the stay felt welcoming or properly managed."
