Casa Framari is an independent house with private terrace, located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare. On the first floor there is also a small bathroom with shower. A stone staircase leads to the second floor, where there is the kitchen equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, sink and table with chairs. There is also a second bathroom with shower and a private terrace with outdoor table and chairs.

Casa Framari is about 300 m from the downtown of Polignano a Mare and about 450 m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile. Bari Airport is 52 km away and Brindisi Airport is 79 km away. The house is about 9 km from Monopoli, 17 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 34 km from Locorotondo, 38 km from Cisternino, 40 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 75 km from Matera and 117 km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
