The villa is spread over two floors, completely independent, perfect for hosting groups of families or friends. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area, very bright and welcoming, with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining table and sofa. From here you access the bedrooms: one has a double bed and a single bed, the other has a double bed. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.

The first floor, mirroring the ground floor, features a large living area, with open-plan kitchen, sofa and dining table, with access to the terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside down to the sea. The sleeping area consists of a triple room with a double bed and single bed, and a double room with a double bed.

Two further bathrooms with shower complete the layout.



The villa is a real gem and the external spaces confirm its beauty. In the centre is the private salt-water swimming pool, perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. Surrounded by sun loungers, a pergola with dining area and barbecue, and a small play area perfect for the little ones.



Guests will be able to use five uncovered parking spaces within the property.

Known as the Pearl of the Adriatic, Polignano A Mare is a true Italian beauty. The historic centre, built on white cliffs overlooking the sea, is a maze of narrow streets, among which enchanting views and architectural beauties are hidden. Iconic is Lama Monachile beach, reachable via a road that was once the bed of a stream and which every year hosts the Red Bull Cliff Diving.

For street food enthusiasts, the seafood sandwiches are a must – large burgers made with the freshest fish topped with selected local products.

For those who want to treat themselves to a luxury dinner, hidden among Polignano's caves is a top-level restaurant, Ristorante Grotta Palazzese, entirely carved into the rock and visible only from the sea.

In the surrounding area, don't miss Alberobello with its famous trulli and the medieval village of Conversano.
