If you want a change of scenery, there is a whirlpool on the terrace on the second floor that promises pure relaxation. Enjoy the view of your vacation region from there or from the sun loungers provided. Sporting activities are not neglected here either. On the sports field right next to the house, you and your children can compete in many different sports. A very special highlight for all amateur chefs is the outdoor kitchen with brick barbecue and dining table. In the evening, you can also make yourself comfortable in the seating areas while watching a movie together



There is plenty to see in the nearby town of Zadar. Take a pleasant stroll through the town and discover Roman and Venetian ruins as well as the 11th century St. Mary's Monastery. There are also many beautiful beaches for the whole family to enjoy a swim.
