"Good location and good atmosphere overall. I will say that the hallways do not have AC so it was kind of sweltering in the halls, but the room AC was fine. It is somewhat older so the normal wear and tear of time is a little evident but clean overall. The best thing about this place was the friendly staff, very customer oriented and helpful."

"I wanted to give 5 stars because all of the really important things were perfect. My only knocks were no microwave in the room (have to use the one in lobby), and only one box of Kleenex in the bathroom instead of a second in the main room. It should also be mentioned that of the three elevators for 12 floors, only 1 or 2 of 3 elevators were operational most of my 4-day stay. "Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy."
