Le studio s’organise autour d’une pièce de vie fonctionnelle avec un lit double 140, une TV connectée pour vos moments de détente et un espace bureau pratique pour travailler ou télétravailler.
Vous trouverez également une salle de douche avec sèche-cheveux.
Le logement est équipé du WiFi pour rester connecté durant votre séjour.
Le linge de lit ainsi que les serviettes sont fournis pour plus de confort.

Located rue Sylvain Drault, the studio enjoys a convenient location in Poitiers, in a quiet area. Local shops, bakeries, and restaurants are nearby, making your stay easier.

The nearest bus stop is a few minutes' walk away, with lines providing quick access to the train station, the historic center, and the university. The SNCF train station is a 10–15 minute walk away. If you have a car, street parking is available (paid zones).

The keys can be collected from a tobacconist near the train station, a 6-minute drive or 15-minute walk away. The shop closes at 11 PM.

Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed. Parties are prohibited.
Please respect the premises and common areas. Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and only upon request.
