The apartment consists of a large, modern and bright living room with a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has a beautiful, bright bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and another bedroom on the mezzanine with another 140 cm double bed and a work desk (ideal for business stays).
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a washing machine, the WC is separate.

Access to accommodation is completely independent thanks to a relay point system, in a tobacco bar opposite Poitiers station. The opening hours of the relay point are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week

For any late arrival after 11 p.m., you will not be able to collect the keys at the relay point. In this case, it is possible that an agent will come to welcome you on site, however an extra charge will be requested, to be given in cash to the person who will welcome you. The accommodation is located in the center of Poitiers, a few minutes walk from the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville.
You can find many stores (grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, etc.) just a few steps from the apartment residence.

Poitiers train station is located less than 10 minutes on foot from the accommodation or 5 minutes by car. The apartment has a private and secure parking space.
The Futuroscope park is approximately 15/20 minutes from the accommodation.

All household linen is provided on site (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, bath mats)
