"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There is a view of the water and it is close to the beach. There is a walkway along the beach that is very accessible and we walked each day we were there. Even at night and felt very safe. I appreciated that we were able to have our son's dog with us and our grandchildren loved the pool"

"The entire condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and there were all kinds of board games in the condo for entertainment. "For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc."
