  • Bay Head, NJ This designer furnished summer rental is perfect for a family vacation or shared couples 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, two master bedroom suites - one downstairs and one upstairs - plus three additional bedrooms. Privacy galore and all the conveniences of home. Enjoy the flowing living space with open living room with dining area, breakfast sun room, newer kitchen with eat-in bar. Plenty of out door living and places to visit and relax: a front porch, a secluded patio in back and a large deck upstairs. Sonos music system with speakers in the living area is also available for your listening pleasure. Walk to the beach - house is on the second beach block. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. An outdoor shower is available for your convenience after trips to the beach.

Our stay was truly enjoyable. The house was perfect- it was clean, comfortable and the decor was so nice! Frank was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The beach is a short walk and we loved the front porch! We had a great week in Bay Head!

Great place in Bay Head

The perfect house for two families. It was clean, cute and walkable to everything. Communication with the owner was easy. Would come back for sure.

Beautiful home in perfect location!

Frank was a wonderful host - very fast and clear in communication. The house is great - very clean, uncluttered and with everything you need to enjoy a nice vacation. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and coffee shops we found it ideal for kids in strollers. Would highly recommend for a stay in Bay Head!

Great Bay Head beach house!

We rented this beach house for a group of family that were as few as 4 and as many as 9 during the week. The house is a perfect Bay Head beach house -- walk to everything -- and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and entertain at home. Owner has all the details covered!

great place for extended family to meet

Several extended family met in NJ for a wedding, and this house was perfect. The bedroom and bathroom was perfect for grandma, who has difficulty with stairs. Plenty of other bedrooms, bathrooms, tables and couches made this a great place to gather. The walking location to the beach was a plus.

VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY!

I would come back to this house when visiting the New Jersey Shore. This house is the nicest house I have stayed at when coming to the Jersey Shore beaches for the last 15 years. I have stayed at more expensive and less expensive places BUT, the comforts, cleanliness, space for everyone who stayed, the privacy, the pleasantness and quick response of owner (Frank) throughout whole process and the very short walk to beach are key features that you want in a vacation rental at the shore. Moreover, anywhere you may chose to stay, when taking some time away to have fun and relaxation with your family. The house has a very nice flow. All bedrooms are of good size and nicely laided out, especially having a main floor bedroom was a definite plus for our senior guests. House is equipped nicely with TV's in almost every bedroom, laundry room, Seating for everyone to dine at table together or hangout around the television, beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to share or even have private due to two of the baths are directly off bedrooms. You can tell from the moment you step in the home that the owners have care and respect for their rental. It shows in their choice of decor and quality of furnishings and most importantly the Clean spaces throughout the house. I feel you will not be disappointed when choosing this house. Thanks, Frank for having such a nice place to stay and for being easy to work with from beginning to end. We shall come again!

Wonderful Bay Head Rental

When looking for a rental in Bay Head my top priority was cleanliness. This house was perfect! Everything was updated and immaculate. The interior was bright, cheerful and comfortable. (The photos are very accurate) The location is very convenient - a short walk to Johnson Beach, Central Market and Theresa's Restaurant. Main Ave. is a bit noisy but the house is set off the road so it's not as noticeable. There is also ample parking and you don't have to back out onto the street which is a big plus! The owner (Frank) was wonderful to deal with and was quick to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful and CLEAN Shore Rental

I rented this home for my out-of-state family during the week of my wedding. I was interested in space, all the right amentities (i.e. large kitchen; entertainment room; dining area; and several bedrooms), parking, landscape, and most importantly cleanliness. This home fit all our needs and provided enough space for all family members. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and so cute. The rooms were a perfect size with plenty of space and drawers. The kitchen was quite large, great counterspace -- perfect for cooking. The morning of my wedding, I had my entire bridal party at the house for photos. The home both indoors and outdoors provided a great backdrop. My family and I could not have been more pleased with the home, location and all the great amentities inside. Frank was a pleasure to deal with!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

Perfect home for a summer rental. The house was just as depicted online. No surprises. It was exceptionally clean, neat and spacious. The house was nestled back off the street allowing for easy parking. The home felt private and very well kept. It was truly home away from home. The first floor open concept was perfect for enjoying family time. Those cooking in the kitchen were still able to enjoy conversation and be included with those settling into the family room for some R&R. We found their was plenty of sleeping space as well as bathrooms (we didn't even use all of the space!). Outdoor shower is a plus to rid of all the sand before heading back into the house after a day at the beach. The home was close to everything. Short walk to the beach and local market for sandwiches as well as a favorite spot of the locals for crabbing. Conveniently located short distances to two different boardwalks for evening entertainment- one could even be accessed by bike. Homeowners were very gracious and allowed use of their beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes as well as crabbing and fishing equipment. Tandem bike rentals available in town. Bay Head is a true family oriented beach town. We look forward to going back and renting the same house again next year for our summer vacation!
