2801 S Long Beach Blvd #4, Long Beach Twp, NJ: Looking for an OCEANFRONT getaway that’s affordable for a couple or small family? This beautiful, pet friendly, (dogs only) 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is oceanfront and features breathtaking ocean views from the rooftop deck. Just steps to a wide, lifeguarded beach! The walkway to the beach has a handicap ramp and is easier to navigate over the dune.

This oceanfront condo (Unit #4) sleeps 4 with 1 queen bedroom plus 1 bedroom with a single over full bunk bed. There is also a pull-out sofabed in the living room. Gorgeous and relaxing views from private roof deck! Amenities include 3 smart TVs, a gas grill, Wi-Fi, A/C, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, updated bathroom, 4 beach badges, 4 beach chairs, private outside shower (not shared with other units) & 2 parking spaces. Pillows and quilts included, bring your own sheets and towels.

Quiet neighborhood that is south of Beach Haven but still only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike) to all the Beach Haven fun and restaurants including many restaurants, Murphy's Market, liquor store, pharmacy, mini-golf, home-made doughnuts, bagels, clam chowder, surf lessons, Thundering Surf water park and Fantasy Island Amusement park. This property accepts dogs. If you have a small, well behaved dog they are welcome here! If bringing a dog, remember to check the box for adding a dog to the reservation at the time of booking.

This attached condo (#4) is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor so there's nobody above or below you. This unit is directly facing the beach and beach access is on the side of the building (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘lower dune deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private lower dune deck deck. There is a spiral staircase to the roof deck and the staircase is shared by the front two units but once you get up to the roof deck there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so you have your own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.

The place was really nice and clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved the rooftop area to sit, relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Quiet location although it was the off season. Would stay there again.

Amazing!

This place is amazing. It was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, it is right on the beach and has a roof top deck that has the most amazing view.If you need a small space that gives all the benefits of being right on the beach, this is the spot.I will definitely book again!

Great condo with great views

This was the perfect long weekend getaway! The condo was clean and updated. The view from the roof was breathtaking. The beach access was right next door! Even the dogs enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

Well equipped Condo steps from the beach! This was a weekend getaway for my daughter and I. The location couldn’t be better. Very quiet area and only blocks from shopping, amusement park and restaurants! Beautiful view of the ocean from the rooftop deck and steps from the beach. We love the fact that we were able to bring my daughter’s Corgi! We will definitely be back!

Great LBI location

This LBI property is in the perfect location on the beach in Holgate, a quiet residential part of the island, yet a short car ride away from shopping, restaurants and attractions. We loved having coffee on the roof top deck, watching the sunrise over the ocean. Public beach access is just steps away. The property itself is decorated beautifully and has everything in it that you need for a beach getaway. We had a great time! Would love to return!

Needed Getaway

Our stay was phenomenal; extremely needed. The property Whitney guided me to was superb the lower deck, and then the upper deck was a gift from God. The sun rises in the sunsets no words can describe. The apartment was extremely modern, with everything a person could need. Creature comforts it was a five star across-the-boards.

Our favorite getaway spot

We’ve been staying at this cozy condo quite a few years now. We were married on the island years ago, it’s had our hearts ever since! We love off season so we usually visit early April & October. It’s the perfect location, perfect amount of space for us & our dogs love it too! And even in the off season there’s lots to do on the island! Whitney is wonderful & always helpful! Looking forward to getting back there in the fall!

Place was small but nice for two people. Picture of the property from the front is a little misleading. It looks like you have a view of the ocean when in fact the front is behind bushes on the dune. Can’t see the ocean unless you go on the roof.

My boyfriend and I stayed with our dog at the lovely little gem! It was a perfect three night stay in early Nov. The location was amazing. Whitney was so kind and communication was prompt, courteous and thoughtful. Entry and departing was seamless and tge condo itself was just perfect. There were so many little modern touches. The place itself had all comfy furniture and bedding. The lower and upper porch/ deck was amazing. The sunrises and sun sets were spectacular. Thank you Whitney. We will never forget our lime in Holgate. It was absolutely perfect!

Great location right on the beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and the location can't be beat! It's in a quiet part of LBI and is right on the water - you just need to walk to the upper balcony to see the ocean and to access the beach is just right around the building. It's decorated so cute - high end finishes all around. Skylights in the kitchen and bathroom make it super bright and sunny - but you can also close shades if it's too much. The air conditioner units are excellent at keeping the place cool. It's stocked with lots of kitchen stuff and there is a grill (we didn't use much of that). Parking is very easy and it's reserved for each unit (there are 4 of them in the building). We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation on the water.
