Villa David 2 is located in the town of Podstrana near the city of Split. With a spacious interior of 200 m2, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for larger groups or families. The optimal number of guests is 8.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed (165 x 195 cm) for two additional people. The modern, fully equipped small kitchen, dining table, and chairs allow for the preparation of various dishes. The ground floor bedroom offers a double bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with its own bathroom and direct access to the beautiful pool of 38 m2 (width 4.20 m, length 8.60 m, depth 1.40 m). There is also an additional bathroom on the ground floor. Stepping out onto the terrace, you will find an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a barbecue with an outdoor kitchen, and private parking.

On the first floor, there is a cozy living room, a modern kitchen with an island, and two bathrooms. A dining table for six people is located inside each villa, while the outdoor dining area for eight people is situated on the terrace. Well-equipped bathrooms are also available on this floor.
On the second floor, there are three luxurious bedrooms. One has its own bathroom and a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), while the other two rooms have double beds (180 x 200 cm) that can be converted into four single beds (90 x 200 cm). These two rooms share a bathroom located next to the rooms. Each bedroom has access to a balcony, with two offering stunning sea views.
