Getaway & unwind from the hustle bustle routine. Celebrate the fall / winter festival season with your family and / or friends. Bring your bikes or stroll to Sunset Lake, which is a 5 min walk. The space
There are stairs leading from the driveway to the front door. Once you're inside the house, there are stairs to go to the 2nd floor bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Guest access
Please don't park on the street or in the neighbors driveway. Our roundabout driveway should be able to park properly up to 8 cars.

Already included in the nightly rate is the $75.00 tenant registration. Fee is not additional. The tenant registration sheet is to be completed and dropped off at the community office. The sheet will be on the Dining Room table on your arrival. Unfortunately, Stillwater Lakes Civic Association charges $5.00 per person per day to use the swimming pool and beach access, which are both closed from October to end of April.
Other things to note
CLEANING FEES $150.00:
I keep the costs down so I do ask those who stay here to clean up after themselves. Meaning: if you brought it with you, please bring it back with you when you leave or put it in the trash.

Dish soap, dishwasher tablets, basic cleaning supplies and garbage bags are provided at no additional cost. Even after you clean, I still complete the 5-step enhanced cleaning process + more. Let's all do our part so that everyone enjoys the house.

I do the laundry so that fresh clean towels, clean bed linens/comforters, shower curtains and clean bath rugs are always provided for each booking.

FIREPLACE:
We don't allow anyone to use the fireplace due to an elevated risk of home fires and carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. Our guests' safety is our first priority.

BBQ GRILL & PROPANE:
You may use the grill but you will have to fill the empty propane tank. You may also bring your own propane tank. We ask that you clean the grill before & after use.

FIREWOOD:
We don't provide firewood, you may purchase at Lowe's or Walmart.
