* Guest Minimum Age Requirement: A minimum age of 25 is required for all renters unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. No parties or groups.
* Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy, as per STR Ordinance, is 8 guests (including infants). Cars: 4 Max
* Serene Evenings: To maintain a tranquil family setting, we observe quiet hours starting at 9 pm. This ensures a peaceful atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment and compliance.​
* Optional Linen Rental Service: Enjoy the flexibility of our optional linen rental service. If you prefer, you can bring your own pillowcases, sheets, and towels, or take advantage of our convenient rental service with a 10% discount using Discount Code: MTMAPLEWOOD.
* Dog-Friendly Policy: We welcome your furry family members! Approval is required for up to two adult dogs, and a fee of $25 per day per dog applies. Please ensure your pets adhere to our pet policy for a harmonious stay. Sorry NO Cats.

COMMUNITY ACCESS AND TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP:
- Nestled in Lake Naomi Community: Located in the scenic Lake Naomi Community, enhancing your getaway with exclusive access to a range of amenities for our summer guests.
- Optional Temporary Membership: (*Inquire First*). During the summer months, guests have the option to obtain a Temporary Membership to Lake Naomi Club, allowing access to a wealth of amenities. This includes lakes and beaches, clubhouse restaurants, recreation and social activities, outdoor pools, tennis courts (with additional court fees), and golf (greens fees are additional). The membership also provides entry to the Logan Steele Community Center, featuring an indoor pool, zero-depth entry spray park, whirlpool, steam room, sauna, fitness center, aerobic room, sports multipurpose room, cafe, indoor tot lot, outdoor playground, and wireless internet usage.
- 2024 Summer Season Update: (4 total Temporary Memberships available). For the 2024 Summer Season, a Temporary Membership is optional. Explore the benefits and details by researching "LAKE NAOMI TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP" for information before making your decision. Summer rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday only, exclusively in July and August, with a 1-week minimum stay to be eligible. Please inquire before booking to secure your reservation as availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. - Decide What Works for You: You have the flexibility to forgo the Temporary Membership for your entire stay if you don't plan on utilizing Lake Naomi amenities. Instead, immerse yourself in the 101 activities the Poconos has to offer, creating a personalized and unforgettable vacation experience.
- Plan Ahead: Please plan accordingly and inquire about the Temporary Membership option first before booking. We're here to assist you in making the most of your stay, ensuring you have the perfect retreat in the heart of the Poconos.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Refund Details: Full refund for cancellations made 15-30 days or more prior to check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days prior to check-in (depending on your Channel Partner).
• Cancellation Process: A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies Mt. Maplewood Lodge in writing and obtains online cancellation in the booking system. Applicable taxes and credit card charges will be retained and remitted.
• Refunds: For a refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14-30 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. No refund is available for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. * Non-Refundable Option is Not Refundable.
• Early Departure: If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• Acknowledgment: By booking this rental, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this document and the rental agreement.
•  Damage Deposit and Insurance: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required. Additionally, guests may opt for Accidental Damage Insurance for added peace of mind.
