Located in the private and sought-after community of Arrowhead Lake, this cozy home is ready to welcome family and friends for a quiet escape with easy access to all-season recreation. Enjoy scenic surroundings and access to a suite of incredible family-friendly amenities, including three pools, a playground, and tennis and pickleball courts. Plus, the lakeside beach is within walking distance! State Game Lands and preserves, great golf, fantastic skiing, and idyllic mountain hamlets offer plenty to see and do within minutes from home.

Make the most of sunny summer weather out on the front deck, complete with a picnic table, and enjoy all-season leisure in sunny den, featuring a comfortable sofa, love seat, and fireplace. At-home entertainment awaits in the lower living area complete with a poker table, bar, sofa seating, and a TV. In the evenings, relax in the main-floor living room while streaming shows and movies on the TV. A central fireplace adds cozy home ambiance for chilly nights. The full kitchen comes well-appointed for home cooking.

Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main floor. A common area bedroom space and a full bathroom are available downstairs. The loft area has been converted into an additional sleeping option.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house is comfortable for the winter but not for the summer. The hot was terrible because there was no AC.. and there was no dishwasher, and the wifi connection failed and nobody fixed it. In the whole house there is no curtains on the windows and the kitchen appliances are too old. There was pieces of bread in one bedroom so the cleaning was not well either. Everything else was just ok. Thank you.

This house is located in a terrific gated community. Our family loves that there are 3 pools and multiple beaches to pick from. The house itself was spacious enough to fit our group of 10 and we never felt to crowded. The house was very well maintained, our only problem was the lack of air conditioning. I know the Poconos tends to be cooler than other areas but having no ac made the house feel unbearable at times, especially at the peak hours of the day when it is hottest. I don’t think every room needs AC, but if there was a portable unit or 1 or 2 window units to help cool the place down or move some air around it would make this place a can’t miss in the arrowhead community.
