Lake It Easy is located inside Arrowhead Lake, a private gated community. Registered rental guests can enjoy community recreation and amenities, subject to seasonal schedules, availability and community rules. Community offerings commonly include lake/beach access, outdoor pools in season, playgrounds, sports courts, recreation areas and lodge/fitness facilities.

Avoid the $100 late fee: Last-minute reservations made within 3 days of arrival are subject to the community’s $100 late fee. Complete all requested guest and vehicle information promptly after booking and at least 3 days before arrival whenever possible. Registration timing, fee amounts, refundability and amenity access are controlled by ALCA and can change. The host will provide registration instructions after booking. Guests should submit accurate names, ages and vehicle information promptly.

Guests have private use of the home, hot tub, deck, yard and fire-pit area, except for any clearly marked owner/storage spaces. Community access is limited to properly registered guests and vehicles. Entry credentials/QR access and amenity access are governed by Arrowhead Lake procedures.

This is a private residential lake community. Please respect neighbors, quiet hours, parking limits and all Arrowhead Lake/Tobyhanna Township rules.
Community fees are mandatory even if guests do not use community amenities.
Seasonal amenities such as outdoor pools are not guaranteed outside their operating season.
For last-minute bookings, the $100 ALCA late-registration fee may apply.
Weather can change quickly in the Poconos. Winter guests should plan for mountain weather and road conditions.
The home is in a wooded lake-community setting; normal wildlife, insects, leaves, pollen and seasonal outdoor conditions are part of the Pocono experience.
