  • Descripción general de la propiedad - Amplia casa de dos niveles con 4 niveles de espacio habitable y lote ajardinado en Arrowhead Lake, una comunidad Gold Star llena de comodidades. El porche delantero cubierto conduce al nivel principal con sala de estar, comedor y cocina moderna con controles deslizantes para la cubierta. El nivel superior cuenta con 2 dormitorios, baño en el pasillo y un dormitorio principal en suite con baño completo y vestidor. Sala familiar separada / 4to dormitorio en otro nivel. El nivel inferior contiene sala de juegos / sala de recreación terminada y un garaje adjunto para 2 autos.

    - No Fumar
    - No se permiten mascotas. Cualquier evidencia de mascotas en el hogar resultará en una multa de $ 300
    - No se permiten eventos, fiestas o grandes reuniones. No hay "fiestas de graduación", "Semana de la tercera edad", etc.
    - Debe tener al menos 25 años para reservar. No dejar a menores de 25 años; los padres deben acompañar a menores de 25 años por la totalidad del alquiler
    - Se pueden aplicar tarifas e impuestos adicionales
    - Es posible que se requiera una identificación con foto al registrarse
    Tasas del Lago Arrowhead (Pagadas antes o al llegar):
    -Tenga en cuenta que las pulseras para los servicios son obligatorias durante las temporadas de verano (fin de semana del Día de los Caídos hasta el fin de semana del Día del Trabajo) y opcionales durante las estaciones de invierno (fin de semana del Día del Trabajo hasta el fin de semana del Día de los Caídos)

    - Tarifa de registro de $ 20

Better than Kalahari

This house is a great alternative to great wolf or Kalahari. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The kids liked the game room. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful Pocono vacation at this location. We visited the private beach with our children, it was beautiful and very private. The property was spacious and clean. We felt very comfortable staying. The property owner was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, large, and fully stocked. The location was perfect. It was in a quieter area of Arrowhead but within close distance to the amenities. Willie, our host, was terrific. Not only did he accommodate us last minute but he was so considerate and easy to communicate with.

Amazing vacation

Our three weeks staying in this house were amazing. The house is clean, cozy, nicely decorated, stuffed with all needed, comfortable beds. Convenient location. The host was responding fast to any question. Thank you Willy! We will surely be back.

Excellent property

We loved the house. Willy was very nice, communication was superb. House was clean and the linens provided were great. Firepit was nice, you can walk to two pools, kitchen well appointed, washer and dryer brand new. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. The kids loved the playroom- the arcade system was a hit with my 10 year old. The two car garage is huge and was very useful for unpacking the car and we also used it when it rained- we set up some lawn games we brought in there and it worked out very well. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent experience

The home was lovely. Our family of five had a great week vacation. Our friends (two adults and two more kids) joined us for part of the week and grandparents joined for the second half. The home fit all of us beautifully and everyone repeatedly commented on how lovey of a house it was. We wish we could have extended our stay. The home is within the Arrowhead Lake community- lots of beaches, three pools, playgrounds, and places to ride our bikes. Highly recommend!

Great home! would definitely book again.

The house is very clean, spacious, and in a great location at the community. The backyard is unbelievable. Would 150% stay here again.

An amazing property!

My friends and I had planned a girls weekend getaway and we could not be happier with this place. There is easily enough space for large groups in this house and the 3 full bathrooms is a real plus! The host was excellent and responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns from the time of booking until we left. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in the poconos in a nice neighborhood!

Family getaway

Starting with Willy Lee, the property owner, very thoughtful and informative. House well maintained and comfortable. Modern bathrooms and kitchen. Everything you need for a great time.

Daughters 16 yr Ski trip Birthday

We had a great time with our daughter and her friends, the pictures are accurate and the house was clean. Some shortcuts with renovations but for the most part the house suited us well. There is plenty of room and 2 car garage. We were happy with the accommodations and WIlly was available when I called. There were no labels or close out directions other than that place was good.
