Equipped with everything needed for a great FAMILY STAY and/or REMOTE WORK, you'll be within walking distance to the lake and playground.
Mystic Manor is located at Arrowhead Lake Community (ALCA). Guests staying at ALCA community enjoy access to a range of amenities, including swimming pools (Open only from Memorial Day to Labor Day), basketball courts, gyms, beaches, lakes, ping pong table and many more! At Mystic Manor, we're delighted to cover all these fees for the duration of your stay with us.
With a deck, a gas grill, a fire pit, a game room and outdoor seating areas, you can enjoy meals and roast s’mores under the stars. Take advantage of Arrowhead Lake’s community amenities, including a heated pool (Available Memorial to Labor Day) and lake access!
Ready to explore? Take the family to Kalahari Waterpark or hit the slopes at Jack Frost Ski Resort. At day’s end, head back to relax and stream a movie on the Smart TV. Best of all, you can bring your furry friends (dogs only) for some pawsome time (per pet fees apply).

Arrowhead Lake is a gated, amenity-filled community with 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 pools, clubhouse, gym, near skiing mountains, waterparks, hiking, shopping and more.
Recreation Amenities:
Welcome Center lower level - Family Game room, for all ages. Air hockey, pool tables, ping pong, board games, television, vending machines, kitchen area (Open 10 am to 10 pm)
Sports Facilities: Outdoor basketball, sand volleyball and tennis/pickle courts. Horseshoe, bocce ball and shuffleboard are available. (closes at 10 pm)
Boat Launches & Docks - Available at all beaches and island complex. All state fishing and boating regulations must be followed. Gasoline-powered boats prohibited.
Playgrounds - Located at all beaches, island, choctaw and minisink pools.
Beaches - ALCA has 4 sand beaches including roped off swimming areas for swim at-your-own -risk. Inflatable rafts, noodles and water toys are not allowed in swimming areas. All beaches have ADA-compliant restrooms, picnic tables, charcoal barbeques stands and playgrounds. Proper swimming attire is required.
ALCA Pools-ALCA operates 3 outdoor heated pools that are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather dependent.
Membership ID Card or QR Code required. Proper swim attire is required.

1. Choctaw Pool – 120 Choctaw Dr. – Located on the corner of Choctaw & Wyomissing Drive. Features racing/lap swim lanes and a children’s pool.
2. Minisink Pool – 72 Minisink Dr. – Located on the corner of Minisink & Moshannon Drive. Features a diving board, children’s pool and handicap pool lift.
3. Island Pool – 132 Island Pool Dr. – Located off Trout Creek Drive. This is a zero-entry (handicap accessible) pool with an aquatic wheelchair available for use. Shaped like an arrow, the Island Pool features a children’s wading pool and fountain. Boat rentals and other recreation equipment is available at the Rental Shack.
Recreation equipment rental - Paddle boards, kayaks, canoes and other recreation equipment like bocce balls, horseshoes and tennis rackets can be rented at Rental shack.
Guests will have access to entire house with the exception of owner's closets in the kitchen and bedroom. This is where we keep our supplies. Please do not try to open them.
The shared pool is have seasonal availability (Memorial day to Labor Day).
Fireplace is not operational. Please do not use for safety reasons. Attempt to open the fireplace will result into heavy fine($1000).
We will reach out to collect necessary information to be able to access the home and shared amenities. The registration details must be submitted at least 5 days prior to arrival date.

- Full name of primary contact
- How many people over 6 years & over
- How many vehicles (+ driver name, vehicle year, make, model, license plate # & state)
- No changes can be made to registration details within 3 days of check-in
- Any additional guest(s) and Vehicle(s) NOT staying for full duration.
Please note that gate cards are NOT interchangeable between cars (no exceptions - Severe penalties ($500) and possible eviction from property)
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
Stairs to 2nd floor may be steep for some guests, please use handrail.
*Reservation covers ALCA fees as long as correct number of guests are included in the reservation. Any additional guests (NOT included on reservation) not staying full duration MUST be disclosed to host at least 5 days prior to arrival for proper registration with ALCA: fees of $12/person per night and $25/vehicle for additional vehicles will be collected separately for additional guests. All unregistered guests and vehicles will be denied entry by welcome center and NO refund will be issued at that point.
