Imagine a beautiful, newly built home nestled in the Pocono Mountains, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. This home features a wrap-around porch with amazing lake views which you can delight in all day long. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the serene surroundings. Whether you are planning a large family getaway or retreat with friends, this home offers the perfect blend of luxury and nature ensuring a memorable stay in the heart of the Poconos.

THE SPACE
This cozy retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guest, with five spacious bedrooms designed to provide ultimate relaxation. Besides the front wrap-around porch guest can also enjoy the covered balcony on the top floor which overlooks Arrowhead's 2nd lake.
For those who love the beach, you are just two blocks away, making it easy to enjoy sun-filled days by the water. We have two kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, floats and sand toys for your use. We are excited that we now have a 6 person hot tub for total relaxation after a day of skiing, hiking or just enjoying the mountain life.
In the evenings, gather around the outdoor firepit to share stories and roast marshmallows under the starlit sky.
This stunning Pocono Mountain retreat not only offers a cozy and modern living space, but also features a fantastic game room, making it an ideal spot for entertaining and relaxation. The game room is a dream come true, equipped with a variety of entertainment options for guests of all ages.
Challenge your friends to a friendly game of ping-pong or pool, or taking a nostalgic trip down memory lane with the classic Pac-Man arcade game. The game room also includes a large TV, perfect for watching movies or catching the big game. There are plenty of games for all ages. And for those who enjoy a good drink, there is a beautiful hand crafted bar where you can enjoy your favorite drink.
This space adds an extra layer of fun to your stay, ensuring that even a rainy day is filled with excitement and laughter. Whether you're unwinding after a day on the slopes, at the beach, kayaking, hiking, shopping or just looking for some indoor fun, the game room in this beautiful home is the perfect place to gather and make memories.
Inside, the home is equipped with all of the modern amenities you could need, yet retains a rustic feel that harmonizes with the natural beauty of the Poconos.

***ARROWHEAD LAKE FEES ARE MANDATORY***

A temporary membership fee is a mandatory fee that is accessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over.

$8.50 per person per day. ($2 per person per day off season which is after Labor Day and before Memorial Day)
Gate Card Fee = $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee (One time fee) = $20


We will collect guest information from you and submit this information to the community. We will then submit a payment request from you for the registration amount.

From the very beginning the host was amazing. Answered any questions I had and answered them very quickly. The whole process was super easy. The house was amazing and everything or anything you could need (even had a crock pot). House super clean and everything was new. Plenty of for room for the 3 families we had (including teenagers and toddlers). The basement was perfect with bunk beds, bath and game room…perfect for all the kids. House was close to skiing and tubing, which we took advantage of. Overall, I give it a 10. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our weekend. The house is beautiful and plenty big for our 6 adult/ 6 kids group…The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Our family had an amazing family Thanksgiving here. Denise was so responsive and a wonderful host, we couldn’t have asked for more. The house is beautiful with fabulous views and convenient to many things. We will definitely be back!

My family loved this house! We’re 6 adults 7 kids/babies and there was plenty of space for all of us. The extra touches really made this house feel so homey. The beds were very comfortable with great mattresses which is not something we find often. The kids really enjoyed the game room and bunk room. There was plenty of seating for all of us without feeling crowded at all. The front porch was a favorite with the lake view and all the rocking chairs. The owners were very accommodating and response. Overall this was one of our favorite vacation home rentals we’ve done over the years. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of.

Perfect Stay - just as advertised. We had a wonderful experience at this home. Everything was exactly as described; the amenities were lovely. The hosts were so nice, easily accessible and communicative - very helpful and provided easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions. What really stood out were the small thoughtful touches throughout the home - it was clear that the hosts put care into making guests feel at home. Overall, this was a fantastic accommodation - clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable getaway.

Fun weekend getaway

Beautiful house! We loved the view of the lake. We stayed with friends and family and had a great long weekend. I had to call the property manager for an issue with check-in (the association couldn’t find our reservation) and he answered immediately and called the community to make sure we were good to go! Super helpful. Overall we would rent this property again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It’s a gorgeous home with an awesome lower level for older kids/teens, beautiful view across the street from the lake and the community offers plenty to do. Beautiful property

This place is beautiful it is more them we expected It was easy to checkin and out The home owners really set it up so that you do not to have to bring anything that you would need They have it all!! My family and I had a great holiday here and the kids loved it! I would recommend it hands down! Only thing i would say is a con were the last minute community fees that we had to pay and was told to me days before checkin and that was not on the website i thought that this should have been described in the fees when deciding to book not after. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you kevin for allowing us to rent your vacation home!
