The house is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and ample outdoor space. The backyard features a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying quality time with loved ones. There is even kayaks and bicycles for your use!

Where you will sleep:
Bedroom 1 (Second Level): Queen Bed

Bedroom 4 (Level 3): 2 Full Beds, Twin over full bunk

Level 1:
The ground level is a great place to kick-back and relax by the fire place or enjoy a game night. A large sectional, smart TV with cable, mini fridge and game table make up the common area. There is bathroom and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and twin over twin bunk. and full bathroom.

Level 2:
The primary entrance to the house is on level two. Enter into an open living/dining area. A sectional couch and smart TV with cable as well as a dining table that can expand to seat 10+ people. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island. The kitchen comes fully equipped and you can easily exit out to the deck and grill. The kitchen also has a fully stocked coffee bar to get you started.

Off the main living area is a full bathroom and Bedrooms 1 and 2. Bedroom 1 is the master with a queen bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed.


Level 3:
The highlight of level three is a dedicated work area and reading nook that overlooks the living area below. The bedroom includes two full-sized beds and a twin over full bunk bed.

Outside:
The large, wrap around deck on the second level overlooks the fire pit and beauty of the state game lands. Patio furniture and table seating make this a great place to hang out after a day exploring Arrowheads lakes and pools. As the sun goes down, get ready to head out to the fire pit to enjoy everything life in the Poconos has to offer. Don't forget to check out the mountain pie-maker recipes!

Guests have access to the whole house and property. Additionally, guests can utilize the amenities of the gated Arrowhead Lake Community which includes: 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, a multi-million dollar lodge with fitness center, billiards, library and store to purchase your Arrowhead Lake souvenirs.

Arrowhead Lake Temporary Membership Fees:
All guests are subject to a temporary membership fee at the rate of $8.50/person age 6+/day ($42.50 weekly) in-season May 24, 2024 through September 2, 2024. Fee is $2.00/person age 6+/day in the off season.
Each car is required to be registered for $20/stay.

Names of all guests and vehicles as well as Arrowhead Lake guest fees must be provided/paid to Host 5 days before check-in to ensure registration is complete for access to Arrowhead Lakes Community and avoid late fees. If guest information and/or fees are not provided/paid to Host in a timely manner your booking will be cancelled. This is a requirement of the Arrowhead Lake Community.

*** All guests must be registered by the Host with the Arrowhead Lake Community 3 days prior to arrival. A $100 late fee is assessed for all registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. We cannot accept same day bookings.
