La Maison sous les Arbres: Duplex, Garden & Spa ⎮ Touraine & Amboise

Nestled in a charming village in Touraine, below a forest, leaning against a tufa wall - housing winegrowers' cellars, this old barn has been carefully transformed into a spacious and bright duplex where everything is thought out for your well-being: warm interior, terrace and jacuzzi.
The accommodation
Duplex house, bright and independent, it is adjoining a winegrower's house (where we live). It is 47m², and is ideal for 2 to 4 people (or 2 adults + 2 children).

It is composed of a living room with table, sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchen and upstairs an open bedroom with a bed for 2 people. Shower room, separate toilet complete the house.

The large bay window in the living room opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue, and the rest of the garden that we will share.

Finally, you will have access to the large jacuzzi heated all year round.PGJyPg
🧸 Kids Friendly: Families with children are welcome: travel cot, high chair, children's games and stair gate available on request.

You can easily park your bikes or two-wheelers in the house.

Towels and sheets are provided. And there is also a small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products to start your stay.

Located in the heart of the village of Pocé-sur-Cisse, the location is perfect:

🚊 5 minutes by car from Amboise train station. Located on the Paris-Nantes axis, it is accessible from Orléans, Blois, Saint-Pierre-des-corps, Tours, etc. On this line you can travel with your bike.

🚘 We are located 10 minutes from the motorway exit (Amboise / Château Renault toll) of the A10 which connects Paris, Orléans, Tours and Bordeaux.

Shops nearby and amenities:
🥐 Bakery and pharmacy 2 minutes away, several supermarkets 5 minutes away, and the Amboise market Friday and Sunday.
