If you want to spend time on a beautiful lake, this is it. Feels like you're miles from anywhere but a short ride in the car will get you anything you need. The property is well maintained and the hosts are very welcoming, while giving you space to enjoy their gorgeous location.

Exactly is described in listing. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in and saw the view. Hosts were helpful and friendly, even provided sweatshirts for unexpected cool evening. Hope to return next year.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! This was our second stay at the boathouse and we will be back!!!Our ages are 92 and 86 and over the years we have stayed in dozens of rental cottages in New England. This boathouse is our very favorite place!!! It is perfect in so many ways. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated!!!! You just step out onto the dock which is directly over the water!!! We caught a very large smallmouth bass which was between 5 and 6 pounds. He caught this fish around 8:00 PM right off the dock. Lynn is an especially nice hostess!! If you would like a nice relaxing vacation in a beautiful location, do not hesitate to rent this boathouse!!!!

We loved the beauty of the lake and the decor of the boathouse was perfect. Beds and bedding are super comfortable and added amenities such as kayaks made it a wonderful getaway.

Anniversary Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay. The pictures are spot on except the water is even prettier!! The owners Lynn and Jack were super friendly, accomodating and made us feel at home! Perfect getaway to celebrate our 27th anniversary.

What a gorgeous, relaxing spot! I spent a week there with a friend, and it was the perfect spot to write and also have easy access to a beautiful area, both Plymouth and Cape Cod. Lynn was a great host, and the place was exactly as advertised. It was fun to have access to the kayaks and the private beach, too. What a wonderful place.

Great property! I was there after Labor Day, so everything was very peaceful with very little activity on the pond. The boathouse is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, and I was very comfortable there.

Perfect Spot to Relax

My daughter and I loved staying here. It was so quiet and picturesque. Lynn and her husband made us feel very welcomed and safe while staying so far away from home.
