Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. On the ground floor : an entrance hall, a 32 m² living room facing south, a lounge area with a fireplace, a piano; a 15 m² kitchen with an adjoining pantry, a room with reading corner and 9 m² library, bathrooms with hand basin, a garage that can accommodate bicycles and/or motorcycles 1st floor : a 15 m² master bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a bathroom with bathtub; a second bedroom of 14.6 m² with a 140x190 double bed with a relaxation area made up of 2 armchairs and a coffee table; a third bedroom of 12.7 m² with a 160x200 double bed; a bathroom with shower; toilets. Outside: terrace area on the south-facing garden with garden furniture, sun loungers that you can move according to your desires over the entire 800 m2 garden on 1 hectare of land, a private courtyard of 100 m2 where you vehicles can be parked. The cottage has fiber. This house is located in a green setting "at the Orée du Bois" in the town of Ploumagoar, 5 km from the town where you will find all the shops, on the hiking trails, 8 km from Guingamp: Petite Cité de Character (Basilica, 14th-16th century houses, numerous historic buildings...) and its Saint Loup festival in August. The beaches are 25 km away, you can either discover the beaches of Binic-Etables sur Mer or those of St Quay Portrieux (as well as its fishing port, its casino). You will be 38 km from Paimpol with its lively port and not far from the Ile de Bréhat and Beauport Abbey. For families, we recommend the Trégomeur Zoo, 22 km away. You can quickly return to the RN12 3 km away which will allow you to discover the Côtes d'Armor department. For your comfort of stay: beds are made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is provided.
