Welcome to Plouguerneau in this brand new villa designed for comfortable holidays. You will enjoy a large garden with a heated swimming pool, a fully equipped large terrace, jacuzzi and private petanque court, as well as a second terrace on the upper floor offering a superb sea view. The beach is located just 800 metres away and the town with its shops is 2 km away. Fully equipped, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 travellers.



*The swimming pool is open and heated from 14/04 to 31/10, the jacuzzi is accessible all year round.



The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:



- On the ground floor: two bedrooms with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and direct access to the terrace, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a trundle bed.



- Upstairs: a large master suite with a King Size bed (180x200 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower and hairdryer).



The large living area is located on the first floor. It features a modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs) offering you everything you need to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine are at your disposal. You can share your meals around the dining table that seats 9 people, or enjoy the one on the terrace in summer. A bar corner with stools completes the room. In the evening, gather in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofas facing the television.



Two other bathrooms are also at your disposal: one with a shower and toilet, the other, located next to the jacuzzi, with a shower. The accommodation also has 3 independent toilets.



Near the pool is a covered outdoor kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob, gas barbecue and refrigerator.



A washing machine, a baby cot and a high chair are provided.



You will be able to park up to 5 vehicles in the courtyard and store your bicycles safely in the garage.
