Villa Victorine, villas-footprint of standing, is located in the heart of lush greenery.

On the wild coast, 1km from the white sand and pebble beaches, you can stroll along the coastal paths, discover unique landscapes and character while enjoying swimming.

A spacious veranda, bright and resolutely contemporary, you will appreciate in all weathers the garden of this villas-footprint. This enveloping space is accessible directly from the inside of the villa and largely opened on the outside spaces by large picture windows: a must which one has a hard time to leave.

Due to the dominating position of the villa Victorine villas-footprint, unobstructed views await you from every room: from the mountains of Arrée to the bell tower of the village.
Generous, Villa Victorine has everything ...
- On the ground floor you will find:
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils), where you will appreciate its practical and functional side. You can dine in the different living spaces left to your choice.
A living room with bay windows with direct access onto a terrace with a panoramic view does not leave you indifferent. Guests can relax at the lounge which has TV, DVD player and wifi connection.
A nearby room a spacious bathroom and comfortable (electric towel rail, double walk-in shower, double basin) and separate toilet.
- On the 1st floor you will find:
3 bedrooms close to a bathroom with a modern feel (shower, wash basin, WC and electric towel rail). These separate night areas bring more intimacy during your stay. All equipment necessary for young children are at your disposal (high chair, cot, changing table).
- In the basement you will have:
In a laundry room with washer, dryer and a refrigerator summer.
From a double garage for 2 cars parking and / or storage water sports equipment (windsurfing, canoeing, paddle ...)

Ein sehr gut gelegenes und prima eingerichtetes Haus mit eigenem Garten und Garage! Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Altes Haus auf zum Teil gelungen modernisiert

Sehr schöner Wintergarten Sehr schöne Gegend Sehr schöner Garten Einfache zum Teil defekte Couchmöbel im Wintergarten Weit Überteuerter Preis für das gemietete Objekt Einzäunung um den Garten fehlt 2 Zimmer oben sehr eng und nicht schön eingerichtet Unterbringung der Kleider nicht vorteilhaft , sehr alte Schränke 2 Wochen Motorsäge von Nachbarn gelaufen, ansonsten ruhige Lage Es wurde sehr auf Kunst und Design im Gesamten Haus wert gelegt, jedoch wurde die Verlängerung des Esstisches mit einfachen Kiefern Holz durchgeführt anstatt Nussbaum Holz zu verwenden Im Flur hatte es sehr stark nach Katzen Urin gerochen. Sauberkeit lässt wünsche öffnen, z.B. küchenausstattung sehr schmutzig

Beautiful property in a great location

We had the most relaxing two weeks. The house is beautiful, especially the conservatory, and in a lovely private and quiet location with great views of the village. The village is a short walk away and has everything you need (including two bakeries though sadly one of them was closed while we were there). There is a supermarket although it isn't great, but there is a good one a short drive away. There are also places to eat and drink. The garden is beautiful and very big, although there is nowhere to eat in the garden which is a shame. It also has numerous escape routes, so isn't ideal for dogs. We had a long lead so were able to tether our dog meaning he could potter fairly freely without us having to worry about him. While the house has beds for eight, it doesn't really feel as though it's set up for such a big group - there is only a quite small sofa in the living area and four seats in the conservatory (which aren't particularly comfortable). There is a dining table that seats eight, but the chairs are extremely uncomfortable and wouldn't make for a relaxing place to spend much time. The house is in a great location with lots to do in the area and easy access to main roads. The property was clean and airy and we would definitely be happy to return.

Super séjour

Maison très fonctionnelle même à 8 personnes. Une belle salle de bain au RDC et une petite salle de douche à l'étage. De belles chambres assez spacieuses. Le plus : la veranda qui permet de devenir une pièce tres conviviale.

Excellente semaine de vacances

Semaine de vacances au top sur le secteur de Plougasnou. La maison est agréable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et propre. Un véritable plus avec la véranda que nous avons utilisé au quotidien, bien pratique le garage pour ranger les vélos et garer une voiture. GR 34 et véloroute a proximité pour pouvoir randonner et balader !

Erholsame Woche mit Familie und Freunden

Schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Toller großer Garten zum Spielen und Entspannen, sehr schön und praktisch auch die große verglaste Veranda. Freundlicher Empfang, alles wurde gut erklärt, bei Bedarf hätten wir die Dame per Handy erreichen können. Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber: die Böden, die Bäder und vor allem die Küche (Schränke, Herd, z.T. ungespültes Geschirr im Schrank). Anscheinend hatten die Vormieter das Haus erst am Nachmittag verlassen, vielleicht hat die Zeit zum gründlichen Putzen nicht ausgereicht - jedenfalls unangenehm (und wir sind da eigentlich nicht pingelig).

Belle maison spacieuse, rénovée à notre goût, bien équipée, idéale pour passer un week-end ou des vacances agréables. Véranda très agréable qui est un plus pour la maison.

Problème majeur : douche hors d'usage à l'étage, comme déjà signalé dans un commentaire de 2019. Véranda inutilisable en hiver : trop froid. Table salle à manger trop petite pour 8 personnes, pas de rallonge dispo. Seulement 7 petites cuillères... et assiettes rayées... Humidité dans toutes les chambres, odeurs de moisi. Accessibilité moyenne : marches extérieures glissantes. Cependant la maison doit être agréable au printemps et en été !

Belle location en Bretagne

Très belle location, c'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et nous apprécions à chaque fois la véranda, qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur tout en restant au chaud. Les plages sont toutes proches, ainsi que les pointes du Diben et de Primel. Beau lieu de vacances pour se ressourcer au calme !

Une location plutot sympa dans un coin de Finistere à découvrir absolument

La villa est conforme au descriptif et aux photos du site abritel. La véranda est tres agréable mais insuffisamment chauffée pour la période hivernale. La maison était propre, que ce soit la cuisine, les chambres ou le sanitaire. Un bemol au niveau du bac de douche de la sdb de l’étage qui est fendu, ce qui ne semble pas récent. Cette salle de bain est petite pour 3 chambres doubles. La sdb du bas est spatieuse et bien equipee. La literie est de niveau variable, de tres bonne en bas a tres moyenne dans une des 3 chambres de l’etage. La cuisine est récente et bien équipée. Le garage et la buanderie sont bien pratiques. L’accueil sur place a notre arrivée et a notre départ a été bon, Par contre le propriétaire n’a pas répondu a 3 de mes messages avant notre sejour. Globalement nous sommes très satisfaits de ces 3 jours dans la villa Victorine de Plougasnou

Keine Kommunikation mit FeWo möglich

Anscheinend hat der Vermieter das Objekt kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt aus der FeWo Vermittlung genommen. Eine Zahlungsaufforderung haben wir noch erhalten. Dann nichts mehr. Selbst die Objektbeschreibung war gelöscht. Und FeWo reagierte weder auf Mail noch gab es eine Telefonnummer...

Wonderful stay in a quiet part of Brittany

This is a beautiful house in a very quiet location on the edge of Plougasnou in North Finistère. The place is well-hidden, but close to the center of Plougasnou, so grocery, boulangerie, and specialty cheese shop are very conveniently available. We were only two, but the house would easily accommodate seven people. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful, especially when we arrived almost too late to find a place to have supper. When we arrived, there was a little collection of gifts set out, including wine and caramels. Checking in and out was a breeze. Plougasnou is a very pretty little town, and the people are very friendly; when I was unable to get the 24-hour fuel pump to accept my US credit card, a passerby stopped and paid for my fuel with his card, accepting cash in return. The location allows access for day trips to Brest, Carnac, Rennes, and really all of Brittany. We would very happily return to this house.

faire découvrir le Finistère à ses amis.

Une maison très agréable, propre,spacieuse, une déco sympa, une véranda qui donne sur un joli jardin. Un petit bémol pour les serviettes de toilette , elles sont toutes de la même couleur ( nous étions 4 couples ), sur le tancarville difficile de s'y retrouver, et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Mais le séjour s'est super bien passé, la région est magnifique.
