The various rooms in the house are spread across the ground floor and the first floor.

On the ground floor, you will find:

- Bedroom 4: with two single beds (90×190)
- A shower room with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The property’s location allows you to enjoy the exceptional setting of Arcouest, with its beaches and footpaths, notably the GR34 coastal path. Just a stone’s throw away are the magnificent island of Bréhat and the jetty for coastal boat trips.
The house is situated at the heart of the most beautiful sites in the Côtes-d’Armor: Loguivy-de-la-Mer, Paimpol and Beauport Abbey, Pontrieux and the Château de la Roche-Jagu, Ploumanac’h, Perros-Guirec…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (maximum 3 vehicles).
