Set in a quiet residential area, the property combines countryside calm with easy access to fine beaches, rocky coves, and scenic coastal walks stretching from the Aber Ildut estuary to Pointe de Corsen.

Designed for up to six guests, the house features three bedrooms, including two double bedrooms on the ground floor and one upstairs bedroom with two single beds, making it ideal for both families and friends travelling together. The living and dining room includes comfortable seating, a TV, a dining table, and a wood-burning fireplace that adds warmth during cooler evenings. A fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and washing machine ensures practical comfort for longer stays. WiFi, heating, private parking, and a cot for younger guests are available, ensuring year-round comfort and convenience. The steep staircase leading to the first floor is not suitable for young children.

The outdoor space is one of the home’s strongest highlights. A fenced private garden of around 860 m² provides space to relax, while the furnished terrace is perfect for outdoor meals and quiet afternoons in the sun. A barbecue and garden seating make it easy to enjoy long summer evenings, while nearby boat trips to the islands of Ouessant and Molène add an extra layer of adventure to the stay.

Restaurants, local tennis courts, golf, and beautiful beaches are all close by, making this home an excellent base for discovering the wild coastline and maritime charm of Plouarzel.
