Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this 60 m² house in Plomodiern for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 20 m² living room with fireplace, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 40 m² garden. Wifi available. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, functional fireplace and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds and closet
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed 160×200 and a closet
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside :
- A lovely south-facing 40 m² garden, with parasol, garden table and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby...

- Swimming, surfing, sand yachting and kitesurfing on the beaches of Lestrevet, Porz Ar Vag, Kervijen, Kervel and Sainte-Anne-la-Palud (less than 10 min by car).

- The Soupic gîte is attached to another dwelling, located in a pleasant courtyard shared with the owners, who are discreet but available when needed.
- The road in front of the garden is not very busy as it is a dead end.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- Fireplace: wood provided free of charge
- Pets not accepted
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
