Welcome to Anna's house!<br>You will spend your stay in a small barge full of charm and completely renovated, 15 minutes from Strasbourg and 30 minutes from Europapark.<br>Located in the middle of nature, the Peniche is easily accessible by car (parking at the foot of the boat) and by public transportation (bus stop less than 5 minutes away).<br>During your getaway, come and enjoy the charm and romance of life on the water with all the modern comforts in this more than century-old boat!<br>The accommodation<br>Complete accommodation of 40m2 consisting of a main room (living room/kitchen), an independent bathroom and a large bedroom (140cm bed) at the front of the boat, as well as a beautiful relaxation area in the wheelhouse.<br><br>On sunny days, take advantage of the surrounding calm to relax in the spa (private) or on the small terrace at the front of the boat. The jacuzzi is accessible directly from the deck of the boat at your convenience from March 15th to October 31st.<br><br>Anna is equipped with all the necessary comfort equipment (stove, fridge, Wifi access, television, bluetooth speaker, Netflix and Spotify access). You will also have at your disposal a Nespresso coffee machine with the capsules provided, as well as a kettle<br><br>A bottle of Crémant d'Alsace will be waiting for you in the fridge on your arrival!<br><br>The boat also has a programmable heater in winter and a portable air conditioner and a fan that are also at your disposal if needed.<br>Traveler access<br>During your stay, you will be the only occupants of the boat and will be able to use it as you wish! Only the technical areas (engine room and Peak forward) will not be accessible to you, for safety (and interest!)<br>Other remarks<br>Anna is a real boat, still sailing and operational despite its great age! It is fitted out and equipped with all the necessary comfort for the living area but remains technically able to travel completely autonomously!
