The Space:

• A 700 sqm architect-designed villa spanning three levels, seamlessly connected by a private funicular.

• 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 guest half-bath.

• Lower Level: An independent flatlet featuring 2 bedrooms, a TV lounge, an equipped kitchenette, and a covered terrace with a private entrance.

• Middle Level: An expansive open-plan living area featuring a designer German kitchen (AGA stove, premium appliances), a dining room, and a living room with an Italian pellet fireplace and solid wood flooring. The main terrace boasts a PRIVATE heated pool (strictly for guests' exclusive use), an automated roof, and motorized shutters for year-round comfort. One en-suite guest bedroom with a private bathroom. A fully equipped laundry room, wine cellar, and storage room.

• Upper Level: A panoramic bar, an entertainment area with a pool table, and a large terrace featuring a designer fire pit and a 16-seater concrete dining table overlooking the ocean. 2 en-suite bedrooms, including the master suite with a private balcony, full bathroom (bathtub, shower, double vanity, separate toilet), and breathtaking ocean views.

• Departure (Check-out): Check-out is also conducted in person. Our local representative will meet you at the property to collect the keys and ensure you had a wonderful stay.

• Important Accessibility Note: The villa is built across multiple levels and features stairs and steps throughout the property.

Mandatory Security Deposit

• A €1,500 security deposit is required for all bookings, including Airbnb guests, via a bank pre-authorization.

• You will receive a message 2 days prior to your arrival with a link to complete your registration and secure the deposit via your credit card. Access to the property cannot be granted if this step is not completed.

Security / Cameras Outdoor security cameras are installed on the premises for the safety of the property. However, they are currently deactivated (no active subscription) and no recording takes place during your stay. Baby equipment is available as an option: a travel cot and high chair are offered as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this purpose, without a mattress topper. Baby bedding is not provided.



Early arrival or late departure: subject to availability, with a supplement of €40. Arrival after 11:00 PM: a supplement of €40 applies only if in-person check-in is required.
