Verkehrsgünstige Lage am Bahnhof Charlottenhof:
- Regios halten dort, dann Treppe/Aufzug runter und wenige Meter gehen
- stadteinwärts direkt am Bahnhof Haltestelle für Straßenbahnen und Busse. Stadtauswärts muss man etwas laufen zur Haltestelle "Charlottenhof/Geschwister-Scholl-Straße".
- Zum Park Sanssouci ist es fußläufig nicht weit (z.T. über reine Fuß-/Radwege).

"I came to Germany for a trade fair at Messe Berlin and found hotel prices during the event incredibly high. For 22–24 September, I was quoted €378 for a single bed in a five-person hostel room. Then I found this hotel in Potsdam for €414 for two nights.
Getting to the fair was easy: the tram stop is about 200 metres away, and with a transfer to the S7, the journey took around an hour. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Mr Nicholas also replied quickly whenever I had a question.

"I arrived late at night and there was nobody at the front desk. The instructions given and self check-in were very poor. It was nearly impossible finding the room which was on the second floor of a side building. There were no lights in the hallways or the stairwells. The room itself wasn’t bad and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was no parking other than street parking and the car had to be moved at 8 AM. The parking meters only took cash, which is a headache if you’re living in the...

"予約した場所に行ったら、部屋がなく、他に変更されメールでも電話での問い合わせも出来ず、30分近くスーツケースを押しながら地図を頼りに探し、やっと辿りついたアパートメントはエントランスフロア、階段、共有部分は工事中。部屋は水回り工事が未完成でシャワーを浴びた後、洗面所の床に水が漏れて来て、大変な状態。訴訟も辞さない程の最悪なホテルでした。エクスペディアでホテルを予約したのですが、アパートメントで、記載されたホテルの部屋とは全く別のアパートメントでした。

"Die Lage des Objektes war traumhaft. Innen ist es mäßig: das Sofa etwas abgewetzt, der Tisch verschrammt. Der Schlafzimmerschrank beinhaltete einen komischen Geruch nach altem Schweiß. Bei Regenwetter sind wir dann lieber einen Tag eher abgereist. So richtig war mir die Wohnung den hohen Preis nicht wert."
