The apartment is housed on the second floor and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a crib for children on request; TV; and Wi-Fi; the kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans. Bathroom with toilet, shower, and hair dryer. While outside you will find a barbecue with an area dedicated to grill lovers.

At the disposal of families with children, the property provides the following accessories: baby bed, (age max. 4 years), baby bathtub, high chair, baby backpack for mountain excursions, board games., puzzles, etc.

The historic center is quiet and pedestrianized, while the road leading to the house and the dedicated guest parking area is private.

From the apartments there is an enchanting view of the lake and the majestic Grigne Mountains, where it is possible to admire the sunrise in all its splendor. The ancient garden, embellished with aromatic and floral plants, is surrounded by a 17th-century wall embellished with oval openings framed by wrought-iron decorations. A monumental door leads from the garden to the building's inner courtyard, and from this point it is possible, in just a few steps, to overlook the small square that leads to the small church of St. Sebastian.

For lovers of reading, you will find a wide selection of books in the small library dedicated spending time on the patio and between one chapter and the next, you can sip a good wine from the region... Enjoying the well-deserved otium ludens...
