The farmhouse of Lesquen is a pleasant renovated stone house. It is 800 m from the Val-André beach, the shops and the various activities offered by the town (Casino, Marine Spa, water sports centre, golf course, cinema, etc.). Its central location in the town allows you to do everything on foot in less than 10 minutes.
The old building and the thickness of the walls guarantee the coolness of the house during the hottest periods. It is also equipped with heating for the cold seasons and benefits from a good exposure to let the sun in.

It has a private terrace and lawn in front of the house, facing south. You will find everything you need to enjoy on sunny days: garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.

Access to the house is on foot through a small gate or by car through a secure gate.

On the first floor: entrance, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen area

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bath, separate toilet with window.

You will also have at your disposal: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, television, garden furniture

At your request we can provide you with a baby chair and a travel cot.

You can find everything you need on a daily basis and taste the typical dishes of the region: mussels, scallops, seafood, pancakes and galettes... Also take advantage of the town's two markets (Tuesday mornings in Pléneuf and Friday mornings in Val-André) to do your shopping and enjoy a sausage galette according to your desires.
