Guests should abide by the House Rules and Regulations of community Residences. If the home owner is penalized due to the guests' infraction, the guest shall indemnify the owner for any fees or penalties that will be imposed by the community.
1. Treat the unit as your own place.
2. PLEASE turn off all lights, appliances when leaving the unit or before check out.
3. Before check out kindly throw the trash bag in the trash bins kept in the garbage. You will see two bins, TRASH bin and RECYCLE bin.
4. KEEP noise to a minimum after 7pm.
5. Strictly NO smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere INSIDE the property.
6. PLEASE take care of the furnishings. If you break or damage something, kindly report immediately.
7. PLEASE wash your dishes after use and do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. These will help us maintain our home to give all guests comfortable stay.
8. PLEASE don’t rearrange our furniture.
9. NO unregistered guests allowed.
10. NO PARTIES or EVENTS allowed.
11. NO ILLEGAL substances allowed on the premises.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. After booking, ALL Guest(s) who are going to stay MUST send the copy of their Passport or Local ID showing their address via Vrbo App immediately.
14. Check-in details will be provided ONLY after receiving the copy of the valid ID from ALL guests who are planning to stay.
15. Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
16. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
17. Mail services are not available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store or USPS
18. Use gym equipment are your own discretion, we are NOT responsible for any accidents.
19. Damage to gym equipment WILL be charged to guest. It is inspected before and after every reservation.
20. Items left behind can NOT be picked up, they must be shipped to guest at guests cost.
21. Please refrain from flushing any toilet paper/baby wipes etc from the toilet to avoid clogging. If we find that guests clogged the toilets with things they shouldn't be flushing, we will charge a Plumbing Service Fee
22. Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
23. Please do not disconnect, unplug, or tamper with the Wi-Fi router or any security cameras/devices on the property. These are in place for your safety and to ensure a smooth stay. Disabling them may result in a violation of the house rules.
24. Supervision of Minors: Guests are strictly prohibited from leaving any minor (under the age of 18) unattended at the property at any time. A parent or legal guardian must be present and responsible for the supervision of minors throughout the duration of the stay. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and/or additional liability for any resulting damages or incidents.
- FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $400 Charge
- FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $50.
- FEES: $50 Handling Charge AFTER shipping costs for items left behind that need to be sent back. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at our discretion.
- Any Fees charged/collected before/during the reservation is non-refundable
- Any fines or penalties incurred by the city due to a disruptive noise or a party will be charged to the responsible guests
