A Local Tip

If you want to experience the area like a local, we recommend taking a sunset walk along the Kenosha Southport Marina or Simmons Island Beach. Watching the sun set over Lake Michigan is one of the most beautiful and peaceful moments you can experience during your stay.

The Spot Drive-In - Classic 1945 Drive-In with carhop service and great root beer and cheeseburgers

Big Star Drive-In - Another classic 1954 Drive-In with carhop service and great cheeseburgers. There is a long standing Kenosha rivalry between Big Star and The Spot, we recommend trying both and you deciding which is better!

Franks Diner - Legendary breakfast/lunch spot

Mr. Yees - Incredible Dine-In Chinese Food spot with a great bar. (They also do takeout)

HOBNOB - Steak and Seafood Supper Club that sits on Lake Michigan. This restaurant is straight out of a Mad Men episode, prepare to be taken back to the 1950s!

Guest Access

Guests will have full private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the hot tub and lakefront area.

Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and convenient check-in.

Safety & Security

Your comfort and safety are important to us.

For transparency, the property includes exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and outdoor areas facing the driveway. These cameras monitor exterior areas only and there are no cameras inside the home.

The home also uses smart environmental monitoring devices designed to detect excessive noise levels and smoking activity indoors. These devices do not record audio or conversations and simply help ensure the home remains comfortable and compliant with house rules.

This is NOT a property geared towards young children or parties. This is meant to be a peaceful wellness retreat for adults or families with teenagers looking to relax and reset.

Pets: SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED. Some people have ruined it for others.

If a pet is discovered after check-in without prior approval, the cleaning fee will increase to $1000.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the premises, there will be a $1000 charge added to stay if evidence of smoking is discovered.

• No large parties or loud music
• No smoking on the entire premises - will result in a $1000 charge added
• Lake conditions may vary depending on weather and season
• There is public land to the north of property with rock steps leading into lake, so you can swim in lake. Swim in lake at your own risk
• If you decide to bring fishing poles and fish in the lake you must purchase a fishing license from the WI DNR on their website
• Use of hot tub, sauna, workout equipment, swim spa, and any climbing on shoreline rocks or swimming lake is entirely at your own risk!

Guests need to sign a rental agreement, provide a selfie and copy of their Government ID. This will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. Failure to sign the waiver will delay your check in time and refunds will not be given.

Smart TVs: The TVs are equipped with Roku and popular streaming apps. Guests must log in with their own accounts.

The property has a 4 burner Weber gas grill, NOT a Blackstone.
