"We enjoyed our stay at the McMillan Inn immensely! We felt right at home. Our room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and breakfast each morning was delicious! The location was terrific and we walked all over the historic downtown area and used the free Downtowner for a ride home one night. Staying here made our time in Savannah extra special!"

There was an issue with the smoke alarm in our room that the staff was very helpful with making right and following up on. "The Marshall House has an excellent location for walking the sites of Savannah and offers historic charm. Breakfast combines buffet style and service directly to the table. The coffee was great! My friend’s dust allergy was triggered, especially in the breakfast pavilion. The beds had ample bedding; we wished the mattresses were more comfortable. The lobby staff was helpful. "

"I was a little bummed this time around. I’ve stayed here every time I’ve come to Savannah. First time though in a 2 bedroom. Sad the windows faced the alley. My room was next to the elevator. Obviously meant lots of noise throughout the day and night. Walls very thin. I must’ve been near a business because I could hear people’s names being called for their order in my bedroom.
