"I have stayed here before and hadn't realized till now that it is more inconvenient for accessability--a few little stairs here, no handrails for steps down to pool area, etc."

"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "

"At 9 AM on Sept 15 we asked that the man at the front desk call and get us a taxi to the airport. About 15 minutes later he called again and was told that no taxi was responding to their dispatcher for this ride. He then helped my wife register for the Uber app and request an Uber ride to the airport. The Uber ride showed up within minutes and took us to the airport, where we needed all of our allotted time to catch our plane. I never got his name, but I hope it is not too late to thank him...

"Honestly was way better than expected, bed is more comfortable than some hotels I’ve stayed at, I like that we have a private room and everything else is shared, it’s nice if you’re someone who is social and want to make new friends "

"Nice and clean studio-like apt with everything you might need. This place is close to so many local restaurants and shops and it was very walkable and easy to navigate. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. Had a wonderful time here :)! Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very small and clearly meant for those who choose to roam the city rather than hang out inside. There is a large common area with work stations, lounge areas, and a bar with a barista. They offer a nice buffet breakfast at a fair price for the area. It was a unique experience that I enjoyed, and while I, as an older traveler, prefer a more traditional hotel room, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in a Citizen M hotel on occasion in the future."
