"I believe this is a family operation.The son is very personable , very friendly and knows everything about the town. The mother handles breakfast and she makes you feel like you broke into her house and demanded breakfast for free. Curt and inflexible sorry to say. "This hotel was beautiful and we had excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with all local ingredients and authentic dishes. It was great to stay right in the middle of Old Nafplio with easy access to everything. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back again."

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and during one of those nights the hotel had a number of school aged children that were running unsupervised up and down the halls and banging on doors, yelling, etc. We called down to complain twice and the second time the person at reception was quite rude and hung up on us- he was clearly frustrated as well.
