Platja de Turtle Bay

The room was clean and good but actually the beach is not sandy like mentioned it has some rocks and the water is very dirty from the removal of old corals apparently so it has a lot of floating seaweed + alot of rubbish from the resort’s residents and the near beaches and the boats nearby. No food can be ordered to the room as we got very sick and i asked the reception if i could order food from the restaurant he told me that service is not available and he could only print me a permission to make the staff send me food from the buffet. But regarding the beach there is a side marina that you could enter the sea from and that part of the sea the water is actually very clean and clear. The residents of the resort at that time made a lot of problems and i actually witnessed a conflict between two guest families because one of them had a boy teenager that did something inappropriate to the other family’s teen girl and that boy i saw him plenty of times looking at ladies and girls at the beach in an inappropriate way…the other conflict was between one of the guests and a staff member and they raised their voices that I heard them from my room so these incidents made me feel uncomfortable in a place that is supposed to be a resort where you just relax and enjoy the sea. Like I mentioned because we got ill i had to leave a day earlier than my reservation but no refund or compensation was offered

Great variety of arabian food especially the fayrooz restaurant. Safe for the kids Lovely sea and large pools This is my second time here and I am sure that it won't be the last.
