"We had an amazing stay at Epic Sana. The property is beautiful. One note is that we were surprised that to book sun beds on the beach costs 70 euros a day. I think understand charging some amount, but 70 euros seemed a bit much given that there is no bathroom or shower. Also, have a half day fair would be more beneficial as a few times we were told everything is booked while I saw sunbed available. Staff is nice, food is great. We had great vacation there."

"The property is really big, we drove there with a rented car from Lisbon. When you first get in, it feels intimidating, but once you find the main check-in counter, it is smooth sailing from there. We met someone by the name of Marvin, who was our trip angel. He was so kind, and helpful and expecting nothing in return. The property is incredibly beautiful to the point of speechlessness. "Very clean and spacious room, with balcony and view of the pool area. The staff was lovely and breakfast was well stocked, a great way to start the morning! The shuttle service to the marina was very helpful in get around."

"All staff are customer focused and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast greeters , the room cleaners and pool staff, go above and beyond and provided excellent service. My only criticism concerned the room as it was tired, and definitely needs attention. The bathroom plaster was falling out of the door frames, the bathroom was shabby. I had previously stayed here and the room was a higher standard, and one of the reason, I returned."

"For a 4 star hotel it’s quite run down and old. We stayed 3 days. The amenities are nice. We had an ant problem in our room which was gross, they came and cleaned it up and sprayed a bunch of chemicals. Wouldn’t stay here again!"

"This hotel was beautiful, it is newly refurbished so that helped, its clean, fresh and spacious. The rooms are of a great standard and size and shower is powerful. It's also really local to the marina (5-7 min walk) and with some nice local restaurants on its door step. The pool is huge and no lack of sunbeds. Gym is well equipped. The only thing I would mark it down on was the changing facilities for when you can't late room checkout, the changing room is like a cupboard and not at all...
