"El hotel está muy bien en cuanto a comodidad, excepto el cuarto de baño que es muy pequeño ,instalaciones correctas , excepto la comida que es terrible y de muy poca calidad, y el agua de la piscina que está turbia, las bebidas del restaurante se pasan de caras coca cola 3, 80 vino de 350 cc 9,75 pero vino malillo

"Bel hôtel proche de Chania (environ 20 min) avec beaucoup d’équipements pour les enfants. Bon petit déjeuner varié. le water Park est neuf mais petit on a vite fait le tour donc le tarif est un peu excessif.
La plage n’est pas top je vous recommande visiter les plages de Balos Beach, Elafonissi, seitan…

We liked our swim up, food was good, we managed to get sunbeds by the pool even after breakfast time and it was easy to access buses to Chania. "We have had an amazing experience in Phos Hotel. Great service, people at the hotel were always smiley and willing to help you. Breakfast was great and there is option to also have a drink or eat at the bar of the main pool.
The swim up hotel room was TOP. Silent, clean, great pool… I would have never left. We 200% recommend this hotel!
Additionally there are many restaurants in the area at walkable distance so no need to take the care every day to go out for dinner, unless you want to go to...

"Old room with terrible matress and pillows. Bathroom got floded after every shower and staff where mostly rude and unfriendly. Only Hotel in Crete where I was no treated as a cherised guest but more like a burden.
Only hotel out of 3 I stayed in the Island that charged the sunbeds.
Avoid, sure there are better options out there."
