"The hotel is on beautiful grounds and the staff are beyond helpful and friendly. The issue we had is that is so moist in the grounds that either you have to turn the A/C up really high (meaning it’s freezing in your room) or your floor becomes literally wet to walk on. They need a serious dehumidifier system installed. Otherwise a beautiful hotel. "

"Great in room amenities with kitchen, lounge, large bathroom, comfortable bed. Lovely view across to the bay where elephants get bathed. Room had a strange smell. Resort seemed quiet, not much opportunity to people watch or meet people. "

"The property is safe due to location in case of tsunami warnings. Very nice rooms and quiet but located 5mins uphill from the busy Patong street. Highly recommend "

"Close proximity to everything. After the first night we were asked about our stay at breakfast, we advised them that the side of the hotel that faced onto the road was very noisy We were then contacted by front desk and offered a room at the back of the resort. This section of the resort was perfect and quiet. Highly recommend the Mood Rooms. Excellent service from all staff."

"The shower room and sink didn't go down. The water in the pool was messy. The breakfast is really terrible. There is no delicious food and the fruit is not good. The big and deep swimming pool is good. I chose this hotel because of its swimming pool. If the water is clean and the pool bar staff is friendly, I will visit again"
