"alles super, wir kommen wieder"

"The hotel was great. Newly renovated and in a great location. The staff, on site and via WhatsApp was very helpful. I’ve been in IT for over 30 years, and I found the whole digital aspect (check in etc.) very challenging, but with the helpful staff we got in. Also, this is a Japanese style bed. Meaning it’s low to the ground. The bed was very comfortable, but if you are over 50, getting in and out might be challenging. Otherwise, great stay."

"Hotel is in a great location in Erfurt. 10 steps from the kramerbruke bridge and central Erfurt. So if you’re planning on just walking from your hotel this is a great choice. Room: it was fine. Carpet, which isn’t always my favorite for a hotel, but appeared clean. Room layout was ok, but the bathroom space was very awkward. No counter space at all. Shower was horrible, had to stand over the drain to be in the right spot for the water. But if you’re a tub person it’s good. Also not enough...

"The lounge/bar area was nice upbeat to it"

"The hotel is under renovation and in the morning we had several workers right in front of our windows peeping in, not a good experience and we wished they had told us prior. The bar tender is in and out, long wait times. Location is great and in walking distance to all mid city old town attractions"

"Poor neighborhood. Felt unsafe."

"Schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Altstadt von Erfurt (z.B. Krämerbrücke) fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Sehr gute Matratze. Kissen leider sehr fest und hoch. Frühstück etwas übersichtlich, gerade was Käse angeht. Da haben ein paar neutrale Sorten wie Gouda oder Butterkäse gefehlt. Personal an der Rezeption sehr Aufmerksam und Nett"

"Die Zimmer waren sauber. Der Service gut."

"It was a little difficult finding the actual property, but after that everything was good. 👍 Couch bed in side room was 'ok' not great. Parking fee extra cost."

"Sauberes Zimmer, gut eingerichtetes Badezimmer. Parkplätze direkt am Gebäude oder gegenüber. Individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage im Zimmer."

"Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstücksbüffet, Kaffe wird an den Platz gebracht. Es gibt auch eine Kellerbar mit Selbstbedienung und einen Garten um sein Getränk zu genießen. Direkte Nähe zu den drei Gleichen Burgen. Toll für Wander.- oder Radausflüge."

"It was perfectly located near everything. The apartment was well designed and very well equipped. "

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Großzügiges Zimmer in einer ruhigen Gegend. Fußläufig gemütliche 15 Minuten ins Zentrum."

"Outstanding location and a well maintained and clean property"

"Convenient location. The room itself was clean/good and nice design. But because the construction, it was way too noisy in the morning, closeing windows were not helpful at all, you can still hear everything on the street, like college kids fight in the night, the construction, morning street cleaning….And if you are driving, be aware of the limited parking nearby….we got a parking ticket…."

"Liebevoll geführtes Familienhotel, selten dass man persönlich in mehrere stilistisch verschiedene Zimmer geführt wird, um sich eines aussuchen zu dürfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."
