"Everything EXCELLENT, only complaint is leaving doors open for extended periods of time before guests arrive may make the property smell nice but has the effect of inviting in ants, none in the bed area which is a positive but plenty in the bathroom. That is my only complaint. Otherwise I highly recommend this accommodation. Total quality and value for money. Helpful and kind staff. Location could be better but grab and bolt are cheap to everywhere and doesn’t discount how great everything else...

"Great place to stay for a few nights while in transition. Clean rooms, good air con and nice showers and Bed. Rooms felt a tad tired and we were overlooking some kind of car yard! That played loud music at 6.30am. 4 stars rather than 5 as when we arrived lots of mosquitoes and bugs in our room, which we eventually managed to get rid of. Would have been nice if the room was debugged prior. We not talking just a few either. Luckily we carry a room spray. "

"The room was very comfortable, with a large bed, balcony, great WiFi, fridge, hot shower. The staff were super friendly. Excellent pool area. It’s really close to the beach and a few restaurants/cafe and 7-11. The drive to the airport takes 5-8 minutes. Two criticisms - I had to ask reception for bug spray my first night due to flying termites in the room (10+) which did solve the problem but wasn’t pleasant and housekeeping didn’t make up my room on my second day despite my ‘make up room’...

"This place was great really nice clean well maintained very supportive and friendly staff the location is a deal if you don't want to have to worry about driving around and just walking around. I came down to escape the smoke in the North for a week I was able to walk to things that I wanted to go to the next time over is only about a 30 minute walk which is easy enough but you can also rent bicycles to get over I will say the beach that is right there is a beach you need to pay to get into...

"Everything you could expect from a solid 5 star hotel. Great service great breakfast. Good rooms etc etc. This hotel is up a steep hill and you need to climb to get to your rooms. If you have arthritis or lung or hear condition it might not be the hotel for you. There is a shuttle that will take you around but you have to wait for it. Nai thon beach has a steep drop off into the ocean and the waves have some force. It not calm like Kamala or the other beaches just south. Though I did enjoy the...

"We booked this place only for an overnight stay before heading to the airport - would have been nice to stay for longer! Very nice vibe here, cosy and relaxing with good simple breakfast. The bathroom we had in our room was beautifully designed, nicest we have had on our travels, me and my partner agreed! Highly recommend also going to the lovely cafe next door. Walking distance also to the beach for plane spotting, planes coming into land and take off very close! Highly recommend "
