Our host, Lewis, was very quick at responding to our requests via email or whats app. We misplaced our check in instructions and were already in Flamingo but Lewis sent them again quickly upon request and we didn't skip a beat. The place and scenery from the balcony was beautiful and a great place to stay for our family of 5. Two bedrooms main floor and one in the loft gave everybody their own room. The grounds and beach front view were beautiful and a nice way to start the morning on the deck with a cup of coffee. The kids went snorkelling in the ocean with adult supervision so they didn't swim out too far. My son was impressed by the clown fish he saw along with many others. Bank, restaurant and icecream located closeby in a newer, upscale mall within walking distance. Our evening parking security man was friendly and helpful and I brought him back a coffee a couple of nights to help him with those long nights. The area was safe but ir was a nice piece of comfort to know that our cars and car belongings were safe at all times there. We'll be back! Pura Vida!

Our family had a great stay at You, Me and the Sea. Our host gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The condo had a beautiful view and comfortable beds. A few things to take note of. The upstairs no longer has two beds, it’s a queen and there are no spices available for use if you plan to cook (no salt and pepper). However, the kitchen was stocked with everything else you would need to cook and eat with, just plan to bring spices or purchase them. It was also great to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the bathrooms. We would stay here again!

Was clean and host was communicative. The only setbacks and reason for the 4 stars would be that we weren’t told about the pool not working until very close to check in, when it hasn’t been working or useable in over a year.

Great place on the beach

This was a great place right on a small beach just for the condos. There was a ton to do close by and it was right by the marina. The owner puts you in contact with someone that can book whatever you want to do. The owner gives recommendations for the trip. I would definitely recommend this plane.

Beautiful Costa Rica

Was in Costa Rica, for the first time, for a wedding in the family. The area we were in was Playa Flamingo. Everything in and about Flamingo is top drawer. Beaches, shops, marina all excellent. Weather was hot all 9 days we were there. More expensive than Mexico, but well worth it.

Beautiful view of boats going in and out of the marina.

Beautiful view and beach front. Everything was great! The place had no staples so before you arrive take something's in case you can't get to store right away. Not a big deal, there is a small convenience store in the marina. The new marina area is beautiful with nice restaurants. The owner was right on it with any concerns we had and made sure things were taken care of.

Five stars!

This is a GREAT property in a beautiful spot … and for a reasonable price! The condo is situated directly on a very private beach (I think we saw five people on the sand in 4 days we were here) and it is close enough to walk to several restaurants near the marina. The condo itself was very clean, well-equiped with kitchen wear, beach items, and family board games! The host left so many helpful instructions and recommendations to do in the area and we enjoyed each one that we tried. My family had a wonderful time at You Me & the Sea… and we hope to be back someday!

Fantastic Getaway

The beach was great and right outside the door. It was easy to walk to find food and entertainment. Flamingo beach is around the corner if you want a populated beach and there are many beaches to drive to if you want a change of scenery. The community is developing with some construction in the marina area but it did not interrupt our stay and was not noisy. The construction people in the marina were courteous and kind when we walked by. Lewis was very attentive. We had a water shortage during our stay but it's something they are going through in this area now. Overall a great getaway for any family looking for a quiet nice little town on the beach. If you are looking for a pool-vibe - it is not your place. There is a pool but it's not used very often. Quiet if you are looking for a quiet pool to read, etc.

Excellent Little Getaway

The condo is literally right on the ocean with a private beach with calm waters perfect for swimming and water sports. The condo itself is very clean, charming and with the perfect beach vibe. Don’t let the construction at the adjoining marina deter you. Once inside, it’s a little piece of paradise. Well equipped and our concierge was always available and responsive.

Beautiful beachfront

We had a great stay, and loved the beach right out front, gorgeous views, and very spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and it was close by to some other beautiful beaches in the area.

Great for a quick getaway

The condo was great. There was some pros and cons. But overall the experience was wonderful. PROS: The view from the balcony was stunning. It is truly beachfront. We could hear the waves from out bedroom! The condo is spacious. Near stores you can grab most of what you need from. Some stores even walking distance. Beautiful beaches near by. Extra beach chairs and cooler available for beach use (very helpful). Beach towels provided. Great communication with Lewis. We explored the rock area on the beach (left side) and found some beautiful sea urchins and star fish. Great area Cons: No basic seasonings or oils- make sure to bring your own. Very limited amount of bath towels/kitchen towel- there is a washer/dryer so I guess you can wash if needed. The pool is okay but not very clean- it needs better care. Plus side- we had it to ourselves most of the time. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator option- good to be aware of. There is a bit of red tide still around. There was quite a bit of dead sea life scattered across the beach and the smell was pretty bad at times. This is unfortunate because it really is a beautiful beach and we were looking forward to snorkeling- we did not get in the water. Just bad timing. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sweet Condo

My husband and I loved staying at this sweet condo with a private beach, kitchen, on site security, and lovely balcony and views. The marina is currently being built and this caused a minor incovenience, but workers seemed respectful to let us go by on the narrow dirt road. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Washer, dryer, beach towels, cooler, and a safe were a plus. The owner is very nice and easy to comment with.

Beautiful views and love the beach area. Nice location to walk to a few shops and restaurants plus the other beach nearby. The owner was super helpful on what to do and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend.

An excellent ocean front condo!

This condo was very clean and roomy and well designed for my family of 4. The biggest perk was beach just outside our back door (and it is a fantastic beach). I would highly recommend staying here. One word of warning...the front leading to the condo area is apparently under major reconstruction. We were a little put off by the dirt road and construction cones and my whole family was concerned we got booked into a roadside motel...but not the case at all. Once we opened the door to our condo - all the fears vanished. Lovely room. Gorgeous ocean front views. Great kitchen and I also appreciated that there was a small cooler and beach chairs and beach towels provided. That was so helpful! The stuff in front is a temporary facelift - I wouldn't let it dissuade you from staying here. The front is not where you are spending your time - I promise. It will be on the beach and the balcony! Also recommend bringing snorkeling gear - I did not and wish I had. The snorkeling just feet from your condo looked like it was awesome. Next time!
