We arrived earlier than we expected and they offered to hold our luggage for us, while also giving us recommendations on places to eat or visit while we waiting for our room to be ready. They had a wonderful live piano performance in the lounge while we were served drinks at the bar. It truly made our visit so much more comfortable! I highly recommend this stay! "

"It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!"

When she asked for my card, she automatically explained that it would not be charged unless there was damage to the room, and no holds would be placed on it. She gave me a ground floor room, explaining that the stairs were quite tricky.
