"The room was very clean and the shower had great water pressure and temp. The problem is the hours staff is available. There was a note on the door when we tried to check in saying staff was busy and would return soon. We waited over 20 min. And witnessed many residents/ guests hanging out in the parking lot and walkways drinking. The staff is available 11am-7 pm. The door locks are old and require you to insert the magnetic card.
