"Estuve seis noches con motivo de un Congreso internacional celebrado en una universidad de la ciudad. El tamaño medio del hotel, en comparación con otros mayores de la zona, le hace más atractivo. El personal fue muy servicial, y los desayunos generosos. Las instalaciones están modernizadas, y la zona es tranquila y cómoda, junto a las playas del sur. Quedé bastante satisfecho, con una buena relación calidad-precio. Superó mis expectativas."

"The hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The rooms are clean, the water is hot, but the faucet can be replaced. You have to turn the knob around 5 full times before the water comes out. Then it's not even a smooth stream, but a multi angle spread. My room was located in the middle of the building between the stairs and the elevator. There are seats in front of my door, so it can get pretty noisy even late into the night. The area where the building is located is good....right in front of...

" Pathetic communication. After paying for the accommodation, a message was put up (2 days before the arrival date) that the accommodation was not available. I did not see thos message and so we arrived to find out there was no accommodation for us. Why did I not get an email to inform me. Why was I expected to "check the messages in case the booking may be cancelled". How ridiculous and what poor communication. I still have not received any formal correspondance telling me that the booking had...
